Site blueprints for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling distinct areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be an additional nine construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current oversight disclosure.
